With more than 15 years of experience in the superyacht industry, including extensive new-build experience with Baltic Yachts in Finland, we bring a strong understanding of high-performance yacht construction, advanced systems and the realities of operating complex vessels.

Our approach is grounded in practical experience. We understand how a system needs to work not only on paper or during commissioning, but also after thousands of miles at sea. This perspective allows us to identify potential issues early, provide informed input during the build process and help ensure that the finished vessel is practical, reliable and fit for purpose.

Commissioning & Technical Integration

Commissioning is a particular area of expertise. We work with build and project teams to bring complex systems together and ensure the vessel reaches a high operational standard before delivery.

Our experience includes hybrid propulsion systems, customised drivetrains, complex control systems and PLC integration, including hands-on involvement with the hybrid systems aboard SY Perseverance. Understanding how these systems interact, how they will be operated in the real world and where potential reliability issues can arise is central to the way we approach commissioning.

The commissioning phase is where detail matters. We work through systems methodically, helping identify and resolve technical challenges before they become operational problems.

Our background in boat design, marine engineering and boatbuilding gives us the ability to work confidently with technical drawings, specifications and engineering teams while maintaining a practical understanding of how those designs translate into a working vessel.
